Stephanneth Adams, DNP, WHNP-BC, is a doctorally prepared Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience caring for women across every stage of life. I created PrEpared eClinic because I believe women deserve personalized, unrushed, and respectful care—especially when it comes to hormones, sexual wellness, and overall health.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in outpatient OB-GYN practices, community health centers, academic settings, and specialty clinics, caring for women from diverse backgrounds and with complex needs. I’ve seen firsthand how often women’s concerns are minimized, dismissed, or treated as “normal” without meaningful support. PrEpared eClinic was built to change that experience.
At PrEpared eClinic, I focus on listening first. I take the time to understand your symptoms, your goals, and how your health fits into your life—not just your lab results.
