Time (45-60 mins)

We value your time. You should get your money's worth. Why go to a doctor for 5 minutes to pay a $40 copay, get a lab bill, and another bill for your visit? That's why your visit will be anywhere from 45 - 60 minutes to give you the time you deserve with your practitioner.

ValueD Care

We'll add value to your reproductive and sexual wellness by empowering you with the tools to optimize your health. Your provider will lead you to the therapies, resources, medicines, and specialists you need.

Concierge Pharmacy

We partner with Empower Pharmacy to create specialty medications to optimize health. Your medications will be mailed to you for convivence. These pharmacists are also available to assist in talking about programs to cover costs of PrEP.

Blood Work

Our specialty labs are ordered from Access Medical Labs which specializes in quality, affordable, blood, and saliva testing. Access Medical Labs also has test kits available to be shipped to your home.

Simple Practice is our medical platform to connect with you for your video visit and securely connect with you through your patient portal. We are HIPPA compliant. You will have 24/7 access to your portal, allowing you to ask your provider any questions.

how to pay your visit!

We Accept Visa, Mastercard, FSA, HSA, and Google Pay. If you have medical insurance you are able to submit your receipt from us to them for reimbursement of your health services.
Prior to your visit you will receive an invoice to pay the full amount of your visit. Please complete your payment within 48 hours of your appointment time in order to secure your session.
Cancellations: we understand that emergencies happen and in those cases you may have to cancel the appointment. Please cancel the appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. Any appointments that are cancelled 24 hours or less prior to your appointment will incur a 50% charge fee of the visit costs. If you do not call and do not show to the appointment, a 100% charge fee will be incurred where you will have to pay the full cost of the appointment. Even if you reschedule, rescheduling after 24 hours of your appointment will require a charge of 50% of your services.
If your visit is cancelled by the provider due to an emergency, then your amount will be 100% refunded.
Late policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late for the appointment and do not contact us, unfortunately the practitioner will have to cancel your appointment, and the no-show fee will be charged.
